Returns Policy (Dry Goods)
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Returns Policy (Livestock)
We do not accept returns or exchanges on aquatic livestock including fish, shrimp, coral and other invertebrates. Once livestock leaves our store it is out of our control and we cannot guarantee its health once it has been released. Contact us if you wish to confirm the sizes. Our livestock may look different to the photos on the website. All livestock will be picked at random.
If the livestock dies after it has been released into the aquarium, you can bring a sample of about 100mL of your tank water so we can help determine the likely cause. We will gladly offer advice and recommendations to prevent this from happening again.
If livestock from us happens to die in its original bag, please contact us immediately. Alternatively you can take a clear photograph with the DOA still in its original bag and send it to us within the same day to info@newlifekeys.com.au or through Facebook messages.
Shipping (Live & Dry Stock)
Livestock can be picked up in store, delivered by us to select South Eastern Melbourne suburbs or shipped with a same day courier throughout Melbourne. If you cannot pick up livestock or live outside Melbourne, we will remove it from your order. Contact us if you wish to confirm the sizes. Our livestock may look different to the photos on the website. All livestock will be picked at random.

Shipping (Dry Goods)
Orders for dry goods are shipped either by Australia Post or courier service. The postage rate will automatically be calculated at checkout. If the rate is unreasonably high please contact us so we can calculate it manually for you.
Plumbing
All Sanking/Flowcolour unions, gate valves, ball valves, true union ball valves, check valves, tank fittings and other plumbing components with EPDM seals purchased through official ENSO Aquatics resellers are covered by a limited 5 year warranty.
We will either repair or replace the plumbing part.
If you have purchased Sanking/Flowcolour products not from authorised ENSO Aquatics resellers, it may be faster to solve your warranty claim through your original point of purchase.
To exercise your warranty rights, you need the original sales receipt.
